Historical Leadership Thoughts

There is one historical leadership style that I want to research more about and that is the Visionary Hero. This leadership style was captivating. Visionary leaders write out the vision and make it plain. They are relational and inspirational (1995). This is important to me as a leader in my church. I must be both. Relational in the sense of forming relationships with those under my authority. As a visionary leader, the followers respond to the vision the leader has proposed.
